    Sounds like a seal in your steering box is going bad. Do you have any leaks at the inner tie rod?

    I am 90ish percent sure it's not related to a tie rod or the power steering rack. It started making this noise after I swapped my new pads and rotors in. It does not make this noise when it's cold or after it has rained.
