solid advice

either go down in weight and dive you ligaments/joints time to catch up with muscle growth or get some sort of wrist/knee supports so you can keep doing the heavy weight...just don't get used to the supports; they'll turn you into a bitch

 

Knee wraps will not make you a bitch. Not doing squats however...

squatted 305 3x....now i feel shorter

 

I use wrist wraps . I have premature carpal tunnel. The straps gives the support I need to keep my wrists from having excessive movement. I just sucked up the pain and occasional numbness when I was younger but now I feel like an idiot for not taking precautions. I only use them when pressing though. Things like curls are at a low enough weight that I can control my wrist position just fine.

my face is normal. My beard is extra black and the mud was really reddish/brown so my face was pale in comparison
