you're going to lose about 2 inches of up travel though.

correct me if im wrong but arent first gen 5spd's suppose to be more torquier than autos?
reason i ask is because i drove a 5spd today and it felt nothing like my auto

both trucks are the exactly the same 3.4 4x4 trd.. mine had 33's this one had 31's?

mine was limited but im sure that didnt have anything to do with it?
    just a random question

The 5 spd in the 1st gen is geared quite a bit lower than the 4 spd auto so that could be why. Same could be same for the 2nd gen manual vs auto I imagine but the difference is much smaller.

allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
No slush box in between so ueah its gunna feel torquier, plus bigger tires will make it feel worse as well

    1st gen Auto
    1st Gear 2.80
    2nd Gear 1.53
    3rd Gear 1.00
    4th Gear 0.71

    1st gen Manual
    1st Gear 3.83
    2nd Gear 2.06
    3rd Gear 1.44
    4th Gear 1.00
    5th Gear 0.84

1st gears are a whole turn different! After that they kind of line up if you through out the 2nd gear in the manual. ie 2nd in auto is like 3rd in manual and so on) but the feel will still be different.

Just called the shop, he said $40. Didn't seem firm so you may want to call them, just ask for James.

This guy lives down the street from me.. went to go look at it today, clean truck but i dont think its worth 13k?
nothing is gusseted.. just has a kit and cut and pulled bedsides, 35's and a 6in body lift.
i would take out that body lift..

I'd pass. I payed 13k for my 05 trd offroad @70k miles. Not a 4x4 and no mods when I got it but still.

That guy wanted to trade for my truck, saw it in person. Paint job is shitty, interior is gross and wrecked haha the front end on the passenger side looks like it's running metal to metal with something there's like a notch or slit on the lower arms.. The dude said it's suppose to be like that haha
