Have you been down mustergrounds lately? There is a trail that connects to gorges state park in NC then back to crossroads mountain in SC. If your at jumping off rock facing the lake you look to your right you see power lines with dirt trails under them. that is the trail for crossroads mountain, its open year round to boot.

Wish I could make it out this weekend, but wife will be having a baby any day now. :D

    Quoted from that link:

""Anyone who wishes to venture into the wilds of the Crossroads Mountain Area should use a vehicle with plenty of clearance and preferably four-wheel drive," said Hall. "It is a rough area with steep grades, and the drive can easily take an hour or more." Crossroads Mountain has two small camping sites that are first-come, first-serve. It also has several old logging roads that are perfect for hiking, hunting, mountain biking, sightseeing or fishing on Lake Jocassee. A trip into Crossroads Mountain requires the dedication of at least a good six or eight hours, Hall said."

Need to call and get a pass.

So apparently there is someone else with the exact same number as me, and when someone calls him the call goes to both of us. This is bullshit because I'm not changing my number for some other guy
