I like what I think you are saying!

Isn't OCG down near Buena Vista? That is like a 6 hour drive for me (I think)! Heard it is an awesome trail but damn, I will have to try to find something else to do while I am down there to make it an overnight event.

Edit- I just looked, it is about 4 hours. Still a long damned way away. Maybe this is the year that we see the Great Sand Dunes finally.

BV is around 4 hours, take 285 no matter what google says. Starting June 1st I will be living in Alamosa, so if you hit the Sand Dunes up let me know and I can give you some cool places to go in the valley.

Hey guys wanted to throw a shout out to Pollard Jeep located in Boulder, they may be a Jeep dealership, but they offer off-road services to all types of Trucks and SUV's. I just bought my toytec boss lift from them and they honored our toytec discount even though toytec wouldn't. They are a good group of guys and have a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to off-road mods for all types of vehicles. Here's a link to their website:

    http://www.pollardfriendlymotor.com/index.htm

Ask for Cory, or Dave both are very helpful.

Why wouldn't toytec honor their own discount? Just bought my lift there three weeks ago and got the discount, no problem.

They would if I bought it directly from their website, but they wouldn't honor it if I went through a reseller. The shipping alone would have cost more than going through Pollard. I didn't mean to make it sound like toytec won't honor it at all.

Hey guys, this is the Events thread, this belongs in the BS thread unless it's directly related to an upcoming event so we don't burry an event with off topic stuff

don't forget to call ahead so they can unlock the gate for you...if they are even around...there's a camp there that locks the gate to exit Miller Rock

make sure you have recovery gear as well...that'll be a tough climb with slow
