I am moving to Chesapeake Beach first week of May. If we want waterfront, I can accommodate that.

    what MD meets? :spy:

lol jk. But really, the MD guys have a meet like once a year. I'd be down for it, but then again I do live in MD and am planning on heading out that way sometime this summer.

Falls Church sounds great to me, and so does Alexandria. They're actually easier for me to do than some of the other locations!

Yeah, the reston/ chantilly/ 66 meets kill me. Seems that has been the only direction the meets have been.

Dogwood is not bad due to the location. It is 2 min off 66 and 10 min from me

We do 2 hour drives to GWNF and go wheeling. If people don't wanna drive 45-60 minutes for free beer and hot dogs, then that's more for me I suppose.

Instead of Tuesday night could we do a different night? Tuesday night is already overbooked for me by other activities.

If anyone wants a free case of beer I could use a hand diagnosing my new head unit install. Everything works but my subwoofer and I cannot figure out why.

Use the white spray lithium grease on your hinges. you can actually use any type grease, but the lithium will not wash away as easily. Also always grease the door check straps too when you grease the hinges. Trust me, I'm a 53 yr old autobody, frame and suspension mechanic. Been at it for 35years now. I've seen many car/truck owners neglecting a groaning door hinge for too long and it will cause the spot welds on the stud plate inside the door(that the hinges bolt to) to break loose. Once that happens the door frame will start to tear/crack and rust.

BTW, I'm new to TacomaWorld. Been lurking and reading it though for about a year. Just traded my '02 extra cab SR5 4x4 in March for a new '14 access cab TRD Sport. Just lifted it today, and the wheels and tires should be arriving in the next few days(hopefully).
I live in Front Royal and work in Sterling. I've been into off-roading since I was 20 and never grew out of it!

I know. That's why I've only had the truck a month & it's already got 4300 miles on it. Other than that I don't mind it. Been commuting that much or longer since 1979...down here is where the money is at.;)

Just saw an early 1940's 1-Ton Dodge tooling around McLean. Thing was lifted on HUGE MT's, had a winch bumper, and it was caked in mud.. it was pretty awesome. haha I guess someone is wheeling it pretty hard. I was driving the other way though so I couldnt get a picture.
