During my Moab trip I of course had to get in a little mountain biking time. Such an amazing place to explore on a bike also! I'm still on an older Chumba VF2 but hopefully upgrading to something newer soon :D

Hiking is also a must when in Moab. The arches are absolutely amazing!

Oh, and then Easter Sunday I made it back home in time to pick up my family, switch trailers and head into the mountains of Payson Canyon for some scenic quad riding.

Not sure how I missed this build on here. I've been following you on IG for a while now. Probably one of the sickest builds I've seen in a long time.

Well I'm glad you finally stumbled across my thread! :D Thanks for helping me justify all the money this is taking lol

I camped out in the Canyon Lands area with no neighbors - I can't disclose where exactly though lol

Why did you choose to build up a trd sport instead of the trd off road no sr5 package or not worth it with your upgrades? Nice looking truck following you on ig too

My Taco got her first spa day today getting the full service treatment from someone else!

    After the full service:

Some might be wondering where my PackRack is.

    Well..

Something else I got going today..

I dropped off my PackRack to an upholstery shop to create a sunshade type cover using an old military oiled canvas tent.

Some might not like this idea, but I just want to remind everyone that I do :D
I absolutely love antiques and vintage goods. Repurposing vintage military goods to be used with my truck is damn exciting to me lol

It will give it that added flare that you won't find on the shelves of some store. This is what will start making this truck come together with my overall plan.

The canvas will cover just the sides, not front and back.
It will attach using the existing upper weld-nut inserts and the fabric will extend to the bed rails and have securing points there as well but the true look and idea I am going for is to have that extra side canvas rolled up on both sides for that true military look and feel leaving 3/4 of the side exposed the majority of the time which is my preference.

I have had this folding topper for quite a while just siting around so I thought I should put it to use while waiting on my PackRack canvas to be completed.

    Thanks!!
I wanted the Hood Scoop more than the E-Locker I guess lol

I planned on getting ARB lockers front and rear (I have sitting in my garage right now) so the e-locker didn't really matter.

Plus, resale/book value is higher on the Sport - not like that makes a huge difference for the amount of mods mine has though lol

Probably since he was gonna replace the rear end when regearing, sport has a bigger/stronger diff.

I have actually had some offers to give up my rear end for the smaller factory e-locker one but that would just be bananas :bananadance:

Just read all 12 pages of "Oh my shitness" goodness. From an prior Air Force/Army guy, you sir have my attention. I have also been thinking of a OD green canvas topper for a packrack. This build made my night. I'm planning on that aluminum 3 hoop bumper as well, when avail.
