I hate all the one way streets hahaha no I didn't go down one but my mom did and scared the piss outta me, all I saw was a row of headlights coming right for us.

 

If youre in the area, this place is worth stopping at, kinda off the beaten path from the gaslamp area.

I just hope it goes a bit better than last time, I got some new goggles so I shouldnt have to come to a complete stop to clean them next time.., more than once, lol.

I got those Oakley Airbrake goggles with the pull cord and a film roll, just pull and your clear again! Better be damn good for what they cost!!

Downtown is not all that bad, its like free entertainment...

 

I like downtown, but I enjoy nightlife and good restaurants. Only thing bad is parking.

 

Thanks for the replies fellas I'll be checking all those out. It'll be cinco de mayo weekend so I'm hoping lots of things will be happening. Just have to figure out how to kill time between when I get there 12ish to the game. After that probably bar hop (if we make it out the room) and dance.

 

ya the parking is nasty, the wife and I grab the trolley at SDSU and meet friends along the way to head downtown

 

Hotel parking is $29 and $35 for valet that's terrible

 

if any is available on the weekends, fills up very fast

Lemon groove deli is pretty good. Always heard of it but never stopped in till today.

 

Nicky Rottens, Las Haddas, La Puerta, Barley Mash are a few that are within walking distance of each other.
