Did back, bi's, and abs today. 1 and a half scoops of C4 pre and ON BCAA's during (ON's BCAA's definitely don't taste as good as Xtend...I got spoiled on that junk!)

wide grip pullups: 4 sets of 10 super slow
    hammer strength "V" grip pull-downs: 2 sets of 10 @ 315, 2 sets of 6 @ 365
wide grip rows (never done these before, but I decided to replace the "V" grip attachment with the wide-grip lat-pulldown attachment): 3 sets of 10 @ 165
    preacher curls: 1 set of 10 @ 75 lbs, 1 set of 6 @ 85 lbs, 1 set of 4 @ 95 lbs
incline concentration curls: 3 sets of 10 w/ 20 lb dumbbells (slllllllow)
    hammer curls: dropset to max w/ 40 lb dumbbells, to 35's, 30's, 25's, 20's, 15's

    25 decline upper ab crunches
    25 knee raises
2 sets of 30 sec planks
2 sets of 30 sec side planks

Forgot my ON whey at home, so I had to drink a Cookies and Cream Muscle Milk....not bad a'tall

You were soo quick to throw out that Michael j. White, the rock and Joe donnelly are on gear. In fact, it was the first point of your post. I requested that you provide facts to your statement that these men are on gear. Instead you failed to comprehend that request and mentioned healthy eating again.
When I mentioned Phil on gear...you obviously don't know. But why so quick to point out that the guys I follow and spoke of are on gear? Can you not accept that somewhere some one my have something that works besides boiled chicken and dry brown rice?

Also, for those of you Xtend users (Sean), how many scoops per day do you take? From what I've gathered on the BB forums, there is an old formula and a new formula and the new formula is more potent, resulting in a need for fewer scoops per day. After I run out of ON BCAA's, I'm gonna order the Xtend, solely due to the amazing taste and higher amount of BCAA's per serving. Anyway, how many scoops do you take per day? I've seen that the standard protocol is 2-3 scoops intra-workout at a minimum and you can add scoops between meals from there. Being a skeptic tightwad, I'll probably stick to using 2 scoops intra and leave it at that

I'm taking xtend also. But of course you'll never get the said answer from me as you will from from him since he comes from almost a primarily show based mindset and I come from a do whatever the fuck you wanna do mindset as long as survive and hit the gym hard every day that you go.

I long for the day I see you and Sean agree on anything...

I'm more along the lines you your mindset, but with a more skeptical, money-saving twist. I'm not trying to do contests or anything. I just wanna be as big as possible and lean as possible at the same time.

    What's your Xtend protocol?

that's the most recent one I have. The far left is before I started working out. I was about 150 lbs lol. The middle is 2 summers ago around 180 lbs, and the far right is about 2 months ago at around 205 lbs. I've since began cutting and plan to get down to a lean 180...I've got about a month and a half to 2 months to get where I want though. #ectoshit

Dude, if you seriously believe none of the above mentioned are on gear you have a lot to learn on that aspect...are there some without gear that look great? Sure. Just not them.
Obviously, you're not going to see them publicly saying they are on gear..if you want to continue to believe none of them are- please be my guest.
Do I have anything against it? Absolutely not. What one chooses to do with their physique and their choice.... And usually they are working much harder in the gym and on their diet so they take full advantage of it.

What? I don't even eat boiled chicken nor rice.

Ate no fast food during lent, excluding subway, and I feel like I actually lost some belly fat. I'm going to start working out almost daily this summer because keeping up with it during the semester is just too hard. I'm going to try and keep fasting from fast food (No pun intended!) so that I'll have an easier time being lean.

I don't have any workout plans right now but if anyone has suggestions I'm open!

Current weight: 160lbs slim, low fat low muscle.
Goal: No weight req, just want to be lean and strong.

I've taken some sporadically since I got back in the gym last June. But, they're on my computer at home, not on my phone

The way I see it is I could eat boring "healthy" food, possibly be healthier, and hate pretty much every meal I have. Or I can be happy, eat whatever I see fit and not give a whole lotta fucks. My grandfather is still a bad ass and he wakes up with a huge monster energy drink and bacon with eggs. That's right, bacon is the main meal and eggs are a side for him. Everything else he eats normally includes a stick of butter, beer, a shit load of carbs, and fat slab of meat.

I'd say I eat semi-clean. I'm not so far as his where I eat all that nasty-sounding crap, but no as far as yours where I eat what I want, when I want; your method is how I used to be, but I couldn't handle it...It shot me up to like 15% bf. I found a middle-ground where I eat semi-clean, but still have my pig out moments, as well.

    How do you take Xtend?

thanks. Of course, I'm nowhere where I want to be. I get big and really strong, but feel fat. Then I cut and start getting more define and ripped, but feel weak, so I beging bulking again...it's the circle of life, per se lol

The old school method lol...that's how my dad is. He said everyone in his family grew up on fried food, smoked, dipped, drank, and lived to be in their 90's....like I said, I found my happy medium in between that and clean eating and it suits me just fine without making me have a psychological breakdown lol
