    Working on it but we've been plagued with issues welding our aluminum lately and all aluminum (about a dozen bumpers currently in the shop) is on hold until I can get the issues worked out. I refuse to send a potentially defective product out so at this time there is a bit of a delay on all aluminum orders. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone.
    At this point i'm not sure where the issue lies. It happened all of a sudden so we're trying to see it it's poor material from the supplier, defective welding wire, or possibly even contaminated shielding gas causing our welding issues. we've ruled out machine as we've bought a second aluminum setup in an effort to alleviate the issue and both welders behave the same. Really baffled, but looking into resolving the issue asap since there are 12 orders currently affected by these issues. :frusty:

    we sure will. I just welded out 2 aluminums which appear to have come out alright again, but we'll see how it goes as we do more finish work on them.

    Aluminum skids are fine right now and still on the site for orders

    Yeah, I think we've got it sorted out now, but until I do a few more without issue I dont want to promise. We're working on it as much as we can! Lots of aluminum in the shop right now
    Your DIY will be fine and is expected to ship this week. :)
    I'm the man when it comes to all the aluminum... I dont have any other "welder" in the shop that can do aluminum for me so I personally weld out every aluminum bumper :) Guys that can MIG aluminum are hard to come by for some reason. :notsure:

    Typically 2-3 weeks, but with the flood of orders from the sale we've extended the estimate to 3-5 weeks to be safe for those that order toward the end. The sooner the order is in, the sooner the chances for it to go out :cool:
