Yep, Sconniehailer didn't have to touch his CMC or fenders with 33's. They are not 12.5's but he would barely rub if any. The aftermarket UCA's will make you rub however.

1.5" Wheel spacers all around, 2.0 fox coil over with foxes in the back to match it up, add a leaf. 285/70/r16 general grabbers. my magnaflow exhaust k&n intake just threw in some maxtrac spindles. Total chaos UPA. Bunch of other little things
Looks like when you turn the back part of the wheel will hit the fender

I think it might depend on tire then cuz my general grabbers were rubbin like a bitch.

I had to chop a few things to get my full turn radius

Haha its true :anonymous: I walked by the truck today and said to myself "man that looks good...just imagine 37s". REALLY glad I didn't do 33's now. Every time I see them it just doesn't look right. Gears and locker should be here saturday or next monday :yay:

If people can run 37's on a 1st gen, you can do it on your 2nd gen :p

To much money. The 35's are plenty :)...plus gearing can only help so much . Maybe after I get fully armored, super charged, and I have one hell of a trip planned. Next tires might be 36x12.5 like n0rth is running. I would ideally want a 36x10.5 but I don't think they make those :(.

Ha well thats still 3 years away. I average around 10k a year and this is assuming I get only 30k out of the MT/R's.

I'm definitely going full retard next. I got 33s when everyone was saying how terrible 285s were on the 4cyl

I could see driving with 35s on stock gears getting old but it would still make it hard for me to shell out the dough for gears... 37s would make it necessary

Oh, and I want a detailed report on how sick the truck is with the 4.88s and whether or not you could run a larger tire comfortably or would prefer shorter gears with the same size tires or if it's perfect! :D

Well I still think regearing would be better with 33's up here. I was planning on regearing with them anyways. The change from 35's was pretty unexpected. I really only had Kase and V6 guys to go off of and Kase lives at sea level. Hardly a comparison for me :p. V6 guys just don't realize how good they have it and whine over MPG loss more than anything.

Ill definitely give my opinion on it. I understand they don't have Jesus powers but I am hoping to suck about as much as it did when the truck was was stock.

I dunno I have a 3" lift sitting on fox 2.0 coilovers with TC uca and 1 1/4" spacers and I had to cut out some of the bumper and some of the metal from my cab just so I could get full turn and when I go off roaring it wouldn't rub. I just went trailing and found out i still rub on a little bit of my inside fender.

Yea 35s arent to much worse. I really noticed it the most taking off on hills.

Military surplus 37s are pretty cheap and narrow. You gotta run 16.5 inch wheels though. I think they have a 36 to thats less aggressive and might use a 16 wheel.
