Hey. This is my first time posting. Was wondering if someone could help me out. I have a 99 4wd sr5 v6 tacoma(5vzfe). During acceleration the fuel cuts off at about 15-20 mph for about 10-15 secs. Then "pops" back on with a pop sound and accelerates normal. I've replaced the fuel filter, maf sensor, tps, plugs and wires,pre- cat o2 sensor. And still have problem. It's throwing a p0172 and a p0120. If anyone has heard of this situation or has any idea what this might be I'd greAtly appreciate it if u could help me out. Thanks a lot.

So it looks like your codes are for 02 sensor - system too rich and throttle position sensor circuit problem.

Have you tried different throttle inputs when you're passing through 15-20mph? Does applying more or less gas make any difference?

Un-plug the TPS. Go for drive. Report back on any differences or not.

no it doesn't make a difference. I tried different inputs and it just barely revs up like from 700 to 800. then makes a pop sound from under the passenger side then it accelerates normal again. and I will try unplugging tps and letting u know

Sounds more like a plugged cat than anything, then.
Take it off and shake it. You shouldn't hear anything rattling. If it's rattling, it's toast.
