    I have this closer shot just before I installed it. I sanded the chrome and color matched it, I also did the optional triangles and they definitely make a difference. Got the mesh from grillcraft and painted it satin black.

    I did cut the top two supports off to help the mesh sit flat on the grille and it still feels solid. You shouldn't have to relocate the horn unless you don't want to see it behind the grille. You're going to need the fiberglass to create a wall around the cutouts and then use the bondo to flatten the surface.

    I got mine from customcargrills.com
    They have about a dozen or so options. It comes in 6"x36" or 16"x48" sheets.
