    sorry, whatever I was looking at earlier said that mauna loa was the biggest, if i'm wrong it's only because I was misinformed. Damn internet can't trust it

    yeah still haven't found a single source that says the yellowstone caldera is larger, so I'm going to say Manua Loa is the largest even as recognized my the usgs

    supervolcano refers to the eruption potential, not the actual size of the volcano itself, no one is arguing that the yellowstone caldera could be more dangerous if it erupts, but Manua loa is larger
