How Far Will $500 Get Me On Audio Upgrade

Op is talking about replacing the stock speakers, not adding subs to stock speakers.

You have rear speakers. Fad all the music to the rear with the fader on the HU and you'll be able to find them.

They 'should' be here. If you bought your truck new and it doesn't have rear speakers someone took you for a ride.

 

They changed the speakers on the 2014 access cab, they are above the back window in the headliner, supposed to be like computer sized garbage speakers. Like AW9D said, fade the sound to the rear, you will find them.

 

Well the internet lied to me! haha.

I'll have to run down to the dealer and check out the 2014 AC now.

 

Hey all, I can't find any threads on 2014 access cab speaker sizing. I get my truck next week and im trying to plan some new speakers... the invoice says its a 6 speaker system, non-jbl. But i can't for the life of me figure out the sizes.. does anyone know?

 

6.5s in back 6x9s in front and tweeters if you upgrade the fronts id switch from a 6x9 and tweeter to a component set

 

okay, I faded the sound. seems like they are above the front seats, by the light in the roof? weird....
