A lot of the meat has sodium in it (all processed meat is full of sodium), bread has lots of sodium, as well.

Meal prepping yourself (or hiring a chef) is the only way you can ensure you're getting good, clean food.

As far as a cooler goes, I leave for school at 9 and get back at 5. Before I head out the door, I eat meal 1. In between my 2nd and 3rd class, I eat meal 2. On my way home, I have a shake (meal 3). As soon as I get home, I have meal 4. I have meal 5 around 7pm and meal 6 right before bed, around 10-11 pm. Keeping it cold is as easy as buying a few of those refreezable ice block things.

At work, I just bag everything up and put it in the fridge. Even if I'm going to a friend's house or a party, I always bring food with me haha

I unfortunately say no to this one. I think it will move away from the gym talk to more of a "my calves are fat how do I get rid of it?" thread... Gym and fitness thread maybe?

There's already a fitness food thread...so maybe if you combine the threads... otherwise keep this thread about lifting and that one about eating
