Just got done with legs n shoulders. Does anyone workout just 3 times a week? I've always done 4 days a week, but I merged my leg and shoulder day into 1 today b/c I can't make it in here tomorrow and I kinda liked it.

Also, I took this week off from my usual heavy leg exercises (squat, deads, leg press) and went the machine route b/c lazy.

    Leg press: 4 sets of 20 @ 275
lying down leg curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 45 lbs per leg
    seated leg extension: 3 sets of 10 @ 140
    seated leg curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 120
    barbell military press: 4 sets of 10 @ 145
dumbbell side raises: 3 sets of 10 w/ 25 lb dumbbells
    bent-over cable crossovers: 30 sets of 10 @ 30 lbs
dumbbell shrugs: 4 sets of 15 w/ 105 lb dumbbells (the only exercise I use wrist straps for)

hell yeah. Are you making a rally car, or what?

I am pretty happy with my 2-4 times a week schedule. I did do an actual 3 day split before I got excessively lazy. I found the hardest thing was not having something to do instead of going to the gym otherwise I liked it.

Most people can't make it every day, like me. I prefer to replace days I can't make it to the gym with things you can do at home like cardio or auxiliary.
OOOH I see what you mean. Well, shoot. We'll see if I just end up dirty bulking on accident.

I like that. I'm automatically here 3 days a week to work (Tues, Thurs, and me and my co-worker alternate Fri and Sat), so if I can not come to work on my days off, that'd be ideal lol. Also, I can't come on Mon and Wed, due to school.

I think I'm gonna try the 3 day split for a few weeks and see if I like it, since I'm already here 3 days a week anyway, so I won't have any excuses

    yes!

I didn't even know that store was still open! Did you get some sweet black mesh tanks?

Where's the rest of it?! If I were dirty bulking, I'd be eating that, times about 4 lol. There's nothing wrong with a dirty bulk to gain your initial mass. After that, dirty bulks begin making you fat. I say enjoy it while you can and eat what you want until you get a good muscular base, then worry about getting cut. Ya can't gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously.

No just a street possible autocross car we will see what kind of power it has when im done. I have had so many people ask me if im going to rally it. Subaru is imprinted in peoples minds as a rally car lol the dirt is what my truck is for.
