Hey Guys. I’m getting the 5100 next week, and I all ready have the TSB. My question is what should I have the 5100 set at to have the truck level or just a bit ass high? I’m thinking 1.75" but I’m not sure. I searched but couldn’t find just what I wanted, so sorry for the repost in advance.

5100's all around, fronts at 1.75". TSB leaf pack + Toytec TSB AAL
I think that will give you pretty darn close to an even setup. I went with the TSB AAL in addition to the 5100s at 1.75 to keep a slight rake. I didn't want to put anything in the bed and have the rear sag lower than the front.

Put the front at 2.5. Mine is completely level with the TSB.

I have tsb springs with aal front at 2.5, sits very level. I also have a fibergalss cap and some other junk in the back at all times.

I went 1.75, check out my pics, it is pretty level just a slight bit front rake, all stock except tsb and 1.75 5100's.

You have any issues with vibrations or alignment at 2.5? I know some do, and some don't...I kept mine at 1.75 for that very reason.

No vibes and goes down the road great (no wandering that I have noticed). I had the alignment done somewhere decent and it came in very well.

That's good to know thanks. I think I will wait to switch mine when I get an AAL. Should be a nice little height bump. New tread would be nice as well...

Another thought. . .I have the long box = longer drive shaft = less angle thus less drive line vibes? can anyone back that up? seems to make sense to me.

Mine's a regular cab, but with TSB, billies at 1.75 and 1/2" top spacer it is perfectly level.

Ok, just so that i have this right, with a stock truck (2006 AC 4x4) with the TSB if I put the 5100 on at 1.75" I will still have some rake. I want that any way because I cut wood and I dont want it to be ass low any time I have more than 200# in the back. I do plan on putting on some "Supersprings" soon and that will add a bit of lift to the rear, then I will bump up the 5100 to 2.5. Thanks in advance.
