    Yeah, same difference.

I was just wondering because obviously it's not worth doing any of the work if you rented.

Congrats to both of you, Billy. Too bad we couldn't have snagged her that scholarship, but...

Paranoid much? Check you utility bills, there is a charge on every one that has to do with energy efficiency. There is a huge pot of money because every customer pays in to it. Mass Save is just the organization that oversees those funds. They use the money to make your home better. I have heard people get free insulation, light bulbs, power strips, etc. They had a deal a month or so ago where you could get 3 LED light bulbs and an advanced power strip for $10. I bought the max of two. I also entered a contest on their facebook and won a free air purifier for my house. I looked it up once I got it and the retail was like 250.

    I'm not paranoid, I just don't trust people :)

My house does pretty well overall. I have my oil guys check efficiency on the boiler and keep that thing tuned up. Currently, it's running at about as efficiently as you could expect an oil burner to get. I checked by whole house with a thermal camera looking for cold spots, and compared temp drops against a room that I know was recently torn apart and insulated properly and again, I'm as good as I can get. I don't have any issues against Mass Save, I think for now their intentions are good enough but I still don't want them poking around my house.

I haven't been here lately. Health problems...

Before I put it on Craigslist, I have a Shelter Logic 12x24x8 round top garage tent. It is completely disassembled and ready for pickup. The longest piece is 74". It has been used for one winter to shelter my Tacoma and John Deere mower/snowblower. There is minor damage to one corner of the main canvas that covers the top, easily repairable with the included patch material and your own 3M adhesive. Minor bending to a few small metal parts, easily straightened with pliers. Couple of bent bolts and missing nuts, probably $5 at the hardware store. The end walls are new, still in the box. I never used them. All damage is from the wind. I put this thing up in an area that was too exposed to 40 MPH gusts. It worked fine when there was 6 feet of snow piled up on the sides, but the spring melt did it in.

FREE to anyone who wants to come to Alton, NH and get it. Please contact me by text/cell at 603-520-5207. Do not post here or PM. I won't get it. My kids are spending the weekend with their aunt and grandpa, so the wife and I will be in and out.

    Mike
