    ^ I can vouch for this. I've been following him on Instagram for a few months and 9 out of 10 pictures are bomb ass looking pancakes

    pre-law....so, I'll still have 3 years of law school, but at least I'll be able to shove my Bachelor's Degree in peoples' faces when arguing lol.

    haha that part of the CKD sucked, too. Trying to eat like 1000 grams of carbs in a 30 hr span made me feel like I was gonna pop. I'm guessing you do carbs pre/intra/post workout? What's the sources and how much? Sorry, I'm always thirsting for bro-knowledge

    cool. When I get into the single digit body fat percentage, I'm gonna cut carbs back a lot. I'm getting about 240 per day now, but spread out

    I took intro college algebra and it almost killed me lol. I hate anything other than basic math lol

    Weight lifting will get you there faster. Since beginning my cut, I've gone from a size 36 to a 32....and I only do 8 mins of cardio a week. My fiancée only runs a mile before her workout and then hits the weights and she's a size 4. Don't be scared of the iron!
