    I actually like memario's gym fitness title better...the word gym implies some sort of lifting. thoughts anyone?

    ***rt knees began flaring up so I had to drop the weight...chiro believes it's quadra tendinitis....I have some ideas to correct it it will look into next week. ***

    BB good mornings: 2:1:2:1
    95lbs x 8 (4 sets)

    Front facing hack squats: 5:5:1:1
    2 plates/side x 6 (1 set)--rt knee still
    1 plate/side + 25lbs/side x 6 (3 sets)

    Superset with:

    Reverse facing hack squats: 1:1:1:1
    2 plates/side x 6 (1 set)--rt knee still
    1 plate/side + 25lbs/side x 6 (3 sets)

    Leg extensions: 2:1:1:2

    Susperset with:
