    Prior to the rains I started rattlin'
    The new bumper. I have to admit this is my first major mod and I'm a bit lost on the install. I saw a post a while back but can't find it now. Any tips from you guys? I respect the knowledge from this group.

    Actually no problems yet because I'm in paint mode but I have a box full of brackets and I'm not sure how they all place. I'll probably call Billy for some advice but I wanted to check here first

    Figured I'd let you guys know in case you ever cared that I ended up picking up a press. Figured for $110 to my door it's cheaper than a shop doing it and I may just sell it for $80 or so when I'm done if I don't need anymore. I'll also be doing my ujoint with it so it could save me a good amount of time and cash.

    Has anyone installed a second gen S/C themselves? What's the difficulty rating on that bad boy? I'd rather not fork over a grand to the stealership for a year of parts warranty...I'm pretty handy and have a buddy that's installed several S/C's on his own vehicles (not toyota's though) that offered to help.

    Sounds good. I bought the A frame because I've heard its a lot more stable than the H frame. I checked out the H frame in the store today and it was all over the place. I'm hoping to have my sc rebuild done next weekend and my ujoint as well. I'll keep in touch.
