    On my 03 it's under the drivers side dash, beside where the E-brake goes into the dash.

    Has anyone ever had the issue that when you plug it in, the abs light flashes???

    95 Tacomas are referred to as 95.5. There was an overlap that year, I think there were some of the old OBDI Hilux trucks that were made in '95.

    You just plug the connector into the OBDII port near the e-brake handle. It gets its power from there, as well. I love mine. It has so many uses. However, it does not have access to the transmission temperature, not sure why.

    Yes, they make a cable that drops the pin causing the ABS interference issue.

    About $70 shipped if you need the cable for ABS, the new MX version does read transmission temperatures, but it is a little more money.
