Just finished my Wheelers old Man Emu kit. Not too bad of a job. The only thing I messed up on was to think my el-cheap-o spring compressors would do the job.

I ended up taking them to a shop where my buddy works. The wall mounted set up they have had it done in 10 minutes. It only cost me 30 bucks, and it was already 5 pm when I showed up, so I threw a 12 pack of beer in as a bonus.

Wish I had thought about moving the brake valve thing, but a trip to Ace hardware tomorrow will fix that.

Moved a 500 pound hog trailer about 100 feet, and had to put it in 4low to keep my truck from dieing and missing. Oh and it missed bad on my way home from work as well.

Pics, or it didn't happen :p I've got mine sitting in my living room. Can't wait until next Friday. Did any of your bushings come pre-pressed?

Ripped out the carpet and put down some dupli-color bed liner.

2 spray cans for $15 bucks at pep boys

Pretty pumped about it. It's definitely going to need to be touched up pretty often but it works for me and how I use my truck.

Still haven't figured out how I'm going to protect the wires though.

My new AFR gauge came in today and I got it installed. So much cleaner install than the LC-1. It uses a newer and more accurate Bosch 4.9 sensor too. The blue is easy to see in the sun so I like that. I want to get a matching boost or multi gauge one day.

When boosting my AFR stays below 14.7, sometimes as low as 11.5ish. I still have low rpm knock, so I will adjust the timing map. The fuel map seems to be decent for now.

    Lol..

Haha I agree. I was gunna go for it when it turned noon but he woke up right before

So far I've used about 8 cutting blades and one grinding blade. Had to give my poor hands a break from the grinding..

    Here's the progress:

That's awesome! I stay around 14.7 (closed loop) when I get into boost. Not good. I should be ordering my 7th injector tomorrow. Hopefully this will help richen up the mixture once I get into boost.

Just the two on the fronts of the leaf springs. I went with Dakar leaf packs.
The nitro sport shocks weren't pressed, I just used a long bolt 2 big flat washers and a nut on the end all ran through the bushing and tightened the bolt until it pressed the bushings in.

Don't forget your brake valve relocation bracket.
