I like my .380 for my carry gun. I just walked out of a toyota dealer after we sat down and they quoted me sticker on a deal. And then wouldn't budge . I am putting fresking 13k down payment. Looking at jeeps now.

 

I love the product, obviously, but some dealerships are just assholes sometimes

 

Katie didn't like my hk usp 45 so I let her shoot a beretta 92 9mm and she was on the fence about it then she shot my buck mark 22 and loved the feel of it... So a quick trip to the gun shop and she fell in love with the ruger

I've had a fun day.

I worked on finishing my basement more.

I also got the cops called on me for the stupidest shit, ever.

I mentioned that we're finishing part of our basement. This is so we can buy a house. We finish basement. Wife's friends move in and pay rent. We buy house, don't have worry about selling condo. They need basement finished for use as a bedroom and adds value to the property. They've been coming over and helping build/finish the basement. Well, me and her hubby and my uncle work, the wives sit and gab gab gab.

Their over today and leave about 8ish....soon there after...

Sienna (my daughter) comes running in the door crying about how one of the neighborhood boys was on her scooter.

So I go out to get the scooter. The boys (there are 2, we'll say...YS: Yellow shirt boy & GS: Gray shirt boy) are across the court, walking towards them, I hear the 1 boy (YS) not on the scooter start warning the boy on the scooter (GS) by calling his name. I get to the street and the boy on the scooter says "Is this about the scooter?"..."What do you think?". So we walk back towards the parking lot the whole time he's claiming it's his, blah blah blah. This scooter is pink. Pink wheels, pink cushy handlebars, Sienna's trademark sharpie all over it. I get annoyed, call the 2 boys punks, tell them the scooter is coming with me and that I will talk to the mother of the boy who was on the scooter when she gets home (GS) to find out if it's his (it's totally, obviously, not his) and walk back into my house.

About 5-10 minutes later the 2 boys come knocking on my door and the one boy says "my mom (YS boys mom) says you can't talk to me like that". I shoo them off. Another 10 minutes go by and guess who comes knocking on my door now....The YS boys mother.

She's going off about me calling them punks, so obviously I blow up and it becomes white trash central outside. We have an initial round then I'm so fumed I go back out for a few more. That part is over.

During this down time however, the one mom (YS) has called the other mom (GS). The mother of boy who was on the scooter shows up. Thank god she's a rational human being. She got the 1 moms side then talked the 2 boys, then came over to my house. We had a civil, short conversation and left on decent terms.

So then getting Sienna ready for bed, the damn cops come knocking on the door. Their attitude towards me was getting pretty shitty until I informed them that I was in my house, she was the one who came knocking on my door starting shit. I left it at "We'll talk to you mom when she gets home" and walked into my house, then they started coming over here.

So now, I find out after the cops leave, the folks who are helping build and moving in, they bring their kids, so they can play with ours. Apparently their oldest girl heard the 2 boys say "She (Sienna) always runs and tell when we steal her stuff"...(I posted the story on FB and the girls mom called my wife like asap and told her that little nugget of info)

 

That's why I don't associate with my neighbors.

 

Nice parenting. Yell at you for their kid stealing a little girl's scooter.

 

When I was growing up, if you stole something like that from a young girl, you got your ass kicked. Getting the cops called is some bullshit

yep they are little punks. the mom probably only got pissed off because she knows it’s true but is to lazy to do anything about it.

our neighbors are cool. one has about 17 acres and a side X side and we ride around on there property. i cut thru there field thats along the drive wh=ay when it snows or is blocked by someone. the drive way is probably a 9 or 10% grade so when there is 1” of snow i pretty much just side down and into the road.
