I view carbs as an energon source... the more I have, the easier it is for me to have full gym domination

haha I usually have a pretty big carb-fest pre-workout. When I was doing keto, my workouts were miserable...I had to give that shit up

My definition of high carb is 250/day on a cut. On a bulk, it's twice that. I can't eat what I want, when I want b/c I don't train enough to burn it off, so all those fries and waffles will turn to fat. That being said, I am at 12-13% bf and, dare I say it, plan on cutting back carbs to around 220 g/day (and maybe a little lower) to start getting in the single digits. Low carb works for me...not as low as keto-style crap, but ~200g low. :crapstorm:

Lol you said it!! The first step to correcting the problem is admitting you have one!! Train harder!

yeah i have better results too with lower carbs and higher fats and protein, i usually have a pretty fatty first meal in the morning, then carb heavy mid day, go to the gym and a protein heavy meal for dinner.

ha I'd rather eat a normal amount of food and workout 3-4 times a week, rather than eating a shit ton, just to have to burn it off. As long as my energy is good during my workouts, I'm losing fat, and maintaining my GAINZ, I'm a happy camper.

I have a source of carbs in every meal, but I only binge about once a week on carb-rich junk

Right now, I'm trying to lose fat, so if I ate what I wanted, when I wanted, I'd be in a caloric surplus, which leads to weight gain. If I wanted to do this, I'd have to burn off those extra calories in order to stay below my caloric maintenance and keep losing fat. You can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
