He drove me to go get it and I didnt have to pay. Just have to check for damage after work

 

Damn that does sound frustrating. Hopefully they do the right thing.

Toe trucks are not responsible for damages. But on the other hand, since the lady had the car tow. She should be held for the damages if there are any
