If you jsut did a 6 inch lift on 33s, it shouldn't make that big of a difference. The tire size, load range, radial, mud, and AT tires also play a roll in the mpg

Bilstein 5100's up front set @ 2.5 inch with 1 inch block in back UPDATE as of 06/14: 4inch rough country upfront with Bilsteins set at .85 for total lift of 4.85 and rear with 2 inch block with Bilsteins 5100's shocks. UPDATE as of 0615 4 inch lift Rough country with Bilsteins set at 2.5 and rear 2 inch add a leaf with 3 inch block sitting on 285/75-17 34's...
Howzit, I am totally digging your truck. Correct me if I'm wrong, are you running 35's, also did you have to regear. I already have my truck leveled with bilsteins 5100's set at 2.75 i think. I just wanted another inch or two to my truck. Did you have to regear to run those 35''s. Thanks for sharing...

    Who ya askin? :D:confused:

If me - they are 35's with no regear. It runs like a champ and runs amazing. I don't need a regear BUT I might do a regear next summer because i'm getting a 3200 pound travel trailer.

I wouldn't plan on getting 35s without also planning on re-gearing. Some people roll with it like Ross said above but IMO its a must.

Yeah....let me kind of re-phrase my statement.

    IF you have the cash....RE-GEAR!!!!!

I would love to but I've been rollin like this for almost 8 years and my truck does amazing. I will re gear later down the road but for now i'm good.

I'm going back to 33's after these 35's wear out but I can barley tell any difference between my old 33' and these 35's. Going up hill, etc. it runs great.

They are great so far don't talk to loud either. Probably only have 1000 miles on them so far. But I'd recommend them though.

3" OME lift 885x coils and add a leaf in the rear on stock tires next to a Hilux here in Germany. Just put the SCS F-5s wrapped in General Grabber AT2 285/75s on today.
