It's a toddler bed we built for a customer. It's going to be suspended 10" off the ground by ropes.

Call me stupid, but couldn't you just build one out of aluminum sheeting to fit what you already have? Or maybe get some HPDE or UMHW sheets and plastic weld to whatever shape you want?

I got the tailgate just about done today I really didnt think it would take 9 hours to build it but I had a wild idea to make a spot for my camp stove.

It swings out and flips down my stove will be mounted on the gate for easy setup.

Yeah the gate took longer then I thought becuase I keep thinking of other things I can do. But I really like how it came out it will be nice to just open it, flip it down and be ready to cook!

Some pretty ingenious ideas in this thing Jerry. The rear gate is cool with the stove deck. I can only imagine how heavy this thing is gonna be with all that tubing, that's the only critical feedback I can give. Definitely looking cool and I can tell you're putting a lot of thought into some great features.

Yeah I went thiner on the tube and used .095 wall the frame is about 90lbs without skins. I went 16 gauge for the skins and 14 gauge on the floor it's going to be a pig for sure. That's why i went with brakes i don't want this thing pushing me down the road.

Well a little update the ORI's are out they can't get them to me in time for MOAB so I'm getting air bags.

Good call. You won't be setting any land speed records with it either. But it will definitely turn heads which is one of the key goals I'm sure.

    Done deal

    Twin VIAIR 480C compressors
Firestone 2 Gallon 2 Port Air Tank
And 2 Dominator D2500 double Bellow Air Bags

I'll have to make some custom mounts and maybe get some shocks so it's not bouncy. But it will be nice to adjust the ride height on the fly and drop it down when camping

Why not just get a 5 gal tank so you can add an external port to run air tools with? I know you carry Co2 which will work WAY better for air tools  but would be an okay back up perhaps..

It's more of a space thing why I went with that size. I have room to add another 2 gallon tank on the other side of the trailer later down the road if I like.
