Anyone have an idea what this could be? My friend has like a 2006 Wrangler. Today after work he went to get in his Jeep, and you know when you open the door the dome light will light up or something. He noticed when he got in his dome lights did not light up, and his odometer did not light up. Tried starting it and nothing. No clicking or any sort of attempt to start just dead. He opens and closes the door multiple times, and all of a sudden his lights come on, and the Jeep just starts right up. He said it has happened before. I think there is something wrong with his electricals. Any other ideas? Only has 50k on it.

 

That jeep thing, he has it.

 

I checked that, everything was tight.

 

That's a question for a jeep forums and not taco forums.

I was not around, he started it at work then came over. Started about 5 more times after.
