Yeah, you use a razor blade right? Then just a consistent bead around the whole thing.

Been spitting snow on and off a little bit up here. Rainy in Sheridan but the slight elevation change from here to Story where I worked today made it a bit snowy up there.

Holy shit, fab work takes forever! Spent 9 hours today and I still had to drive home with my license plate zip-tied to the naked rear end of my truck. Would have had the main portion of the bumper on but I snapped my drill bit that was big enough to make holes to mount it to the oem location. Got a good start but I see this taking quite a while since I don't have much time to work on it.

I cant wait to see what jeff comes up with for a rear shock hoop :D He took measurements when I was down there last. Pressure's on man! haha

by the way jeff, did you figure out your issue? I did notice your truck idling a bit odd while we were wheeling but I just chalked it as normal...

Well that project may be on hold. Time cash and location and lack of tools will be hindering that build for about 6 months tool I get back and get my own place.

My issue is still there. Idle sucks. We can't figure it out. I have even swapped ucon controllers and nothing. We have to run the program thinking I have way larger injectors than I actually do or it just goes fat. Everything besides Idle is spot on. They have never seen this issue before and don't know what it is.

Yea tools and a place are key. Should be fun once you get into it tho down the line!

throttle position sensor issue maybe? (can watch the tps with scangauge if you have one) 7th injector issue since you have to tell it the injectors are bigger than they are? can you unplug the 7th and see if things change?

I had a freak issue this weekend where I had no ignitor signal on cylinder 3 &6. Reset and restated and no more issue.

I will have to try unplugging the 7th.

hmm. maybe pull your coil packs and get ur multimeter out and run them all to check. Maybe you have a wire issue somewhere. How confident are you in how your uconn ties in? I'm really not familiar with the integration of the ucon so I've got no idea if that's worth looking at or not.

also, ausies are goofy. Not sure where their fascination with roasting tires comes from...

Kind of like a hybrid. Most different sizes of square and rectangle tube. I few pieces of plate just to close gaps or use as gussets, other than the mounting brackets but that doesn't really count.

It will. I am pretty excited to see it in real life. It has been in my head for a while. Hopefully have it done by beginning of June.

Have tried cleaning the MAF sensor. When I was having issues that seemed to help.
