    ...too much shit to list.
Springs are still outside the frame so position on the axle shouldn't change. However the perches are also what sets pinion angle. Put the springs on, measure angle of dangle and decide from there.

Giant told me I can't use the one I have because the springs sit wider

Do Giant's hangers stick out off the frame farther then? Or are they saying the springs themselves are wider?

I'd think you'd need to install the new perches regardless. That's going to be your pinion angle which will probably be different than where its at now. They aren't hard to remove with a plasma cutter..just be careful and then grind the rest off. You can find someone to cut them off for cheap I'm sure and then grind the rest yourself.

edit: oops jberry beat me to the pinion angle thing lol

Still rockin'. Getting some new exhaust put on tomorrow to quiet it down some. It's to the point that I just drive it, nothing breaks any more. I've been hoping my rear diff would go for years so I could upgrade to a 9" but the ECGS 4.88's just won't die. I even tried full throttle clutch dumps with the locker on dry pavement and it won't break. I'm disappointed. I figured it would have an LS motor by now too. I only change the oil once a year and it still won't die. Stupid Toyota reliability.

I bet if you had someone plasma them off decently, it'd take you 60-90 mins to grind them smooth.
