Hi, Can you share your feedback on the Method bead locks please ? I am looking at the same wheels for their 3.5" back spacing in the 17x9 but I have never run bead locks on a daily driver. How do they behave on the highway etc ? No difference ?

They aren't real beadlocks. They just look like it

On his build sheet he spec's the wheels as the Method 105 which is a true beadlock available in multiple back spacing sizes. I think you are thinking of the Method NV model that looks nearly identical but is a fake " street lock ". I attached a screenshot from the Method site.

I stand corrected. Didn't know they made real beadlocks.

    Check the build thread.
They are a maintenance item so as long as you check your torque specs often you're golden. They perform flawlessly at highway speeds (I tend to go on the faster side) even when towing.

These get my seal of approval for sure!

Don't ever let a mistake like that happen again... lol just kidding I was surprised when I first saw they had a true beadlock available and was then all over it.

    Thanks for following long!!
I should have my OD green sun topper done very soon so maybe it will inspire you to finally get yours done.

The 05-11 aluminum bumpers are now available also... So it sounds like your build might be getting a little more love soon ;)

We used to date. Ok not really lol her and my wife are good friends :D

Surprisingly really well. The only time I really notice a difference on having the stock gears is at 70+mph when the truck wants to stay in 4th gear. Nitro 4.88's coming very soon – I just need time to install them.

It is a pretty solid name ;)
    17x8.5 Method 105 beadlocks 4.75 backspacing

Originally I was a 2141 YATYAS but I actually didn't spend to much time doing that job of course.

    Thanks Bro!

    Hell yes!! Thanks Bro!
Where is the paparazzi photo at?! lol

I was lost but now I am found :D

    PackRack update:

This is the cover before the tightening straps front to back were added.

I wanted the sides to extend all the way just to achieve the rolled up "troop carrier" look but it is of course functioning.
