5 pieces of bacon at 5 grams of protein a piece....

Full meal ended up over 100 carbs, 35+ grams of fat and 50+ grams of protein....so almost 1000 Cal.





Did you guys know...Sean doesn't like how bacon tastes.

 

U do realize that the grams of protein in that form barely get absorbed, maybe 5 to 10%, protein whey of your choice is on the other end of the spectrum of absorption...I have been using Hemp Whey lately, or egg whites.....

Just like Wimpy though, I can not turn down good cheeseburgers....
