    What's everyone's favorite mass gaining forearm workout? I was looking at my arms the other day and I feel my bi's/tris have blown up and my forearm is minuscule in comparison. I have long arms which makes it worse but i definitely want to dedicate some time to direct forearm work.

    If that was the case then my right forearm should be substantially bigger than my left. I probably overtrained too much.

    I need to invest in some aminos but I also want to take some green coffee bean extract cuz the extra layer at my gut is killing me. But I wonder if these two will have adverse effects on my lady like digestive track.

    I do too but I slam the weight on it like a champ:D

    I used to do wrist rollers and reverse barbell curls, haven't done the latter in a while. Tried some one-armed cable work today that felt pretty good but still was a bit awkward.

    Used to do behind the back wrist curls too, not sure why I cut so much of this out. I need to find a day to re-incorporate it.

    How so? You eventually meet a limit where you are essentially doing dips instead of the machine going down because of how much you weigh.
