gluten-free, low-carb, low-fat, organic....it's all a crock of shit. I will say that high protein, high fat, low carb diet did work for me, I just had no fakken energy.

Young Jeezy radio on Pandora is my favorite. The only time I listen to rap

I didn't feel fat after the waffle, but after all the bacon, the waffle, grits, 2 pieces of toast, eggs, and a couple sweet teas, I felt kinda chunky

But, to you, I'm sure that's just called breakfast

Jeezy is pretty much the only rapper I listen to. If I listen to rap its all from the 90's - early 2000's.

Roy Jones Jr's Cant touch this gets me pretty fucking pumped though.

Anything haha. I am going to get flamed out the ass for this but in afghanistan I found a ipod shuffle with a very interesting playlist. It had any kid of music genre you could think of and I found that when Celine Dion came on I got crazy focused. It was only until about half way through the song that I realized what I was listening to. Currently I have been using a Rob Bailey station and its pretty good. I hate his lyrics but it does the trick.

Anything on Jeezy radio is good. It's that real gangsta shit. When I study, I listen to Explosions in the Sky radio. It is the most calming shit out there; I listen to it every time I study or pre-test. If you ever wanna get super calm and focused, it's like the musical version of an adderal lol
