Just like excise tax in MA was temporary. Haha.

If they're overvaluing the ride file for an abatement, silly not to

Keep your naked cannon balls to your own pool Chris. Ain't nobody wanna see that. Except maybe Linda. 10 years ago. When you were less ancient

If he's doing naked cannonballs, I retract my offer to supervise from the pool deck.

I'm jealous, I haven't been able to get a garden started yet (not sure I even can in my yard).

Well then allow me to brag a little bit!

    There. Bragging done. :D
I don't do it often, because I don't particularly care for blowing my own horn. But I'm proud of what we've done with the place.

    Thanks!
The cedar's still as solid as the day I put it in. One of the corners on a bed needs to be re-screwed right now, but it's because it got run over by a Duratrac when I was digging sod this weekend :anonymous:
When I remember replacing a cedar gate post with my dad when I was a kid that his dad had installed sometime in the 50's that had never been weathersealed. That was probably 1995 or so that we swapped it out. If my beds last half that long I'd be thrilled, haha!

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
Noel, I'd love a similar setup when I finally build. Been mulling an in-ground cistern to catch all of the runoff and an electric pump out to some irrigation. It's a couple years off so plenty of time to keep mulling.
