    Unfortunately no crawler box ATM, maybe in the future after lockers.


    Just had a hard time spending the money on another actuator after I saw how cheaply they were made when I can get a manual T case for just over 2x more :notsure:

    I'm abut to buy some 2nd gen taco icon remote resi rear shocks and try and swap the heims so they fit my 4r. If they don't fit or I can't amke them work anyone want them? I will sell cheap just to break even if it doesnt work. Be my backup? :eek:

    Yes, Wyatt at RST sells converted cases. 950 for 5 speed, 1150 for 6 speed. Have to buy the shifters separate but it's still a hell of a deal. He completely rebuilds them and has them ready to go.

    dude... I can get a FJ case for $400-$450
    the conversion can be done with hand tools on a workbench and all the detailed instructions are posted online.
    Had I not found a deal on one I would have done it myself...
    $950 is way too steep IMO

    Eh, to each their own.

    I'm currently renting a house and don't have a garage to work in. Also my actuator is currently shot and I don't want to throw money away replacing it knowing how easily they can fail. In my situation it's worth the extra money to be able to just swap the case out in a weekend with no extra hassle.

    If I had time and the space to modify my own case I'd definitely do it, but currently I don't and this is worth it to me.
