I figure I'll start with one plate on each side until I get my form down again. It's been a long time since I've worked out this hard

Gonna finally get one in after my first final today. Probably gonna do some chestntri's. Had day one of my revised diet yesterday without all the sodium and it was pretty damn good. I didn't think I'd like a plain red potato with no butter or sour cream, but I put some olive oil on it as it was cooking and it was even better! Also, I started eating a few egg yellows, and not just the whites, to get my fat up a little. I ended up not going with the Ezekiel bread because it tastes like bird food, so I stuck with whole wheat, which I love. The most significant change was switching my pre-bedtime shake for a Greek yogurt; it settles much better, so I get to bed faster. Not to mention, it's gonna save me some money! 3 scoops of ON a day was killing my wallet. I'm seriously contemplating taking out the salad and replacing it with something I actually enjoy eating, as it is the only thing in my cutting diet that I just don't enjoy eating. I know, it's chalk full of micronutrients, but it's fucking nasty!

Here's basically what I'm eating now. It's pretty much the same cutting diet I've been using for the past 2 months, but with a few tweaks

    1. 6 egg whites, 3 egg yellows, fiber bar

    2. 1 can tuna, 2 pieces of wheat bread, 1 tbsp. mayo, baked lays, salad (spring mix, broccoli, carrots), 2 tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette, 1 tsp. olive oil

    3. whole wheat pasta, pasta meat sauce, 97/3 ground turkey, 1 piece of wheat bread

    4. 2 scoops ON, 1 tbsp. peanut butter

    5. chicken, 1 red potato, 12 oz. Coke

    6. Greek yogurt, cheese stick

    2299 calories/187 g protein/241 g carbs/ 65 g fat

    What the hell...'B'

Edit: although, I'm not sure if this is a democracy. Sean and the Great and Powerful Bob may rule with an iron fist
