    i just took a scoop of pre and then left to lift for the day but its a mother fucking hurricane outside and the gym is a 1/2 mile walk so i turned around and went inside. now i'm all hyped from the c4 and IDK what to do. :anonymous:

    So I have a question, how long does it take to shed the extra water weight retained while taking creatine ? I have been taking creatine even though im on a cut cause I felt like I was turning into a twig. I have been drinking a metric shit ton of water the whole time to try to prevent the water weight but can still tell its there. I ask cause im going to the river next weekend for my bday and if I stop talking the creatine now will I be able to shed the water weight by then with lifting/cardio/suana or will it not shed that easily ? If it wont I dont want to stop taking it and waste my time

    I'm taking creatine on my cut too b/c I feel like a fucking twig. I've read that it takes about a week to get out of your system and get rid of the water weight. Usually, when I cycle off, I lose about 7-8 lbs that week. I'm staying on it through my cut though. My arms feel like twigs
