    hey all,

i have decided im tired of my big beer gut that is not full of beer so i dusted off the work out station. now i need some good music to listen to on the ipod. i like any rock, country, hip hop/rap, basically just about anything.

one more thing, has anybody tried that stuff called muscle milk? what works in terms of shakes and stuff? needs to taste decent as well!

    thanks

    aaron

muscle milk is ok for building bulk. from what it sounds like, you need a burner protein and a good protein like whey. just my 2 cents

oh yeah any anything by pantera, metallica, or slayer, anthrax, anything to get teh blood moving would be good. its what I use for workouts.

Muscle milk is suppose to help bulk you with proper diet and workouts. EAS Myoplex will also do the same thing but tastes better IMO. Regular whey from wally's world will do the trick and a heck of a lot less expensive. I also heard eating bananas is good for burning stomach fat.

well yeah possibly. if you want quality, and im not saying that walmarts' arent, you can also go to any GNC or other health store. recently, GNC had a huge blowout on whey powder. up to 45% off certain items

Best whey powder is at sams you can get the 5lb bag of the EAS 100% pure whey protien for $30. Taste is decent but its 100 % pure whey protien and is good for post workout. Muscle milk is better if you take early in the morning or after breakfast before lunch and DEFINETLY BEFORE WORKOUT! As far as music lecrae, devil wears prada, skillet, red, tedashii all good stuff man.

When I was in High School and played football (1998) the coach always played either Pantera or 2pac to get us pumped up. I was never into rap but I have always liked 2pac since then.

Check out Lamb of God and A Perfect Murder, they both have some good heavy stuff.
