Eat as dirty as you want, as long as you don't pass your macros and calories. Omitting vitamins and minerals, macros are macros; your body can't tell the difference

I really should take the time and just calculate what all I eat in one day. It has to be pretty bad .

I'm trying to eat multiple meals a day since I just snack right now.. so I need to eat a little cleaner to fit that into my macros.

That's why I had to start tracking it. My gainz stalled on my bulks and my fat loss stalled on cuts. Now, everything runs smoothly

 I eat about 85% clean

I use to eat what ever I felt like, and I was meeting good macros and shit, then I switched to a bit more healthy shit and my gains were better... But now I am on a real diet from someone who isn't a retard (me) and almost 8# in 3 months so far

It makes a difference if you eat real, whole, healthy, non processed bullshit foods...

I've tried eating super clean stuff and it was just too expensive and I didn't get much from it. Now, I eat mostly clean with a few things that aren't so clean (Baked Lays and Coke) and I get good results. When I dirty bulked, I was gaining 2-3 lbs a week and getting strong as fuq, but was putting on a lot of fat (I ended up at 16% bf at the end of my bulk). Now, I strictly a clean bulk (eating maybe ~500 calories over maintenance, rather than 2000 calories over maintenance lol)

    1. 6 egg whites, 3 egg yellows, fiber bar

    2. 1 can tuna, 2 pieces of wheat bread, 1 tbsp. mayo, baked lays, salad (spring mix, broccoli, carrots), 2 tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette, 1 tsp. olive oil

    3. whole wheat pasta, pasta meat sauce, 97/3 ground turkey, 1 piece of wheat bread

    4. 2 scoops ON, 1 tbsp. peanut butter

    5. chicken, 1 red potato, 12 oz. Coke

    6. Greek yogurt, cheese stick

Clean to me is the above. I don't need farm-raised chickens, hand-made bread from some hipster store, or crap like that. I eat whole foods, plain meats, raw vegetables, and a few other things that are processed. You don't have to eat like a hippie to get results. Look at Kodiak; that dude eats like a 400 lb fat kid with diabetes and is probably in the single digit body fat and is pretty jacked. I don't take it that far because I don't train hard enough to burn off the shit he eats. I eat moderately clean with some bad stuff. My cutting and bulking plan both work for me. If I can follow my cut 6 days a week and pig out and drink one day a week without gaining any fat back, I'm gonna do it! I successfully went from 140 to 205 dirty bulking and my bench went from 125 to 295 and my body fat only went from 10 to 16%. I'm currently cutting from 205 and am currently at 187 and about 13% body fat and can still bench 295, so I'd say my cutting diet is working just fine ;)

No seriously.... we aren't a bunch of meat heads in here. We could at least keep the fitness image legit with a properly spelled title name
