    So maybe this is a dumb question but my mind works in weird ways some days...

    Avs have lost all of the away games and won all of the home games against the wild in the playoffs. They won both regular season games played in MN. How much does the altitude/oxygen play into their performance? Do the Avs have an advantage training and playing at higher altitudes? Does playing at lower elevations hamper them? Pepsi Center is at 5200' asl and Xcel Arena is at 780' asl. :notsure:

    I imagine playing regularly in thinner air gives the Av's players some advantage of adaptation. I suspect diet and mental preparation are equally as important however
