it hasn't rained enough down here for you to worry about hydro locking, that is unless you fall into a canal.

little summary, I had a f250 diesel with a 9in lift. Then I got f150 I put a 6inch lift and know I just got a 2014 taco with SR5 Package about 2wks ago. So know im working on my mod in this truck. Already change the suspension in all corners with 5100. put the 17inch stocky. got the backflip. trying to hold my self from going bigger. As you can see I gotten smaller. but I love my taco.

I think I may come on Sunday...

    And I think I'm bringing the 250
(For those who aren't up to date, I just got a 250 4x4 diesel)
The Yota isn't running right so I will bystand and pull out Andy when he sinks his truck.

    Damn that's a BEAUT'!!

    And strong as hell!

I saw a Ram 2500 with the Cummins in-line 6 at my job last week & I was drooling!

Those F-250's are awesome also. What year is it?

It's an 09 with about 63,000 miles on it. Opted for extended warranty from reading the different issues that some are experiencing with the 6.4 overall I love it aside from the 12.8average mpg so far

    I can’t lie i’d love a 2500 cummins!! put a small lift and 35”
probably a good call with having the 6.4. I have a hard time trusting ford after they have been caught lying about real world MPG on mutable cars trucks and lying about tow ratings. I heard they have been trying to hid the fact the eco boost in the 150 is not as good as they say it is, and dose not get close to the MPG they say it dose.

Yea honestly it's whatever as far as mpg go. It's a huge heavy truck rocking a pretty big heavy deisel engine. I'm no expert but I'm sure that has a lot to do with it plus if I wanted good mpg, I would have gotten a Prius or carolla or something small and stupid. I don't plan on towing anything large except for maybe the Yota when I build it up more or some ATVs here and there.

I see people raving about the Eco boost having such better figures and more power but I just don't see it...feel like you loose one when you gain another.

although for vacation we took the fiancé Kia sorrento and I averaged 28mpg so that was nice for a mid size SUV.

oh yeah for the truck it’s big and that dose not help. but they have lied about mpg on there suv’s and cars as well.

I have read about people having problem after problem after problem with the eco boost. lack of power on big long hills and other reasons, HUGE HUGE drop in mpg when towing even small loads, i read a few that said they had it drop to less than half of what they got without towing. now i know it’s all ways going to drop some but imho should not be that big of a drop. I tow our rhino and a 350cc rancher on a 7’x12’ tandem axle trailer estimate the total weight at around 3k pounds, and even with 5% grades i don’t see much of a drop in how much fuel i use.

those sorrento’s are kinda nice for a crossover. my cousins wife had one and i drove it once back from ATL and also back from nashville. he howns a concrete pumping company and i went with him to pick up some trucks and drive the sorrento back. idk that the MPG was.

Fink, nice truck. Not indicating you will have problems or any concerns, but given the chance, my daughters hubby is kind of up to speed on owning a similar used ruck. Theirs is a Superduty, 4x4, supercrew long bed he bought used. He modded it a little.
