Did you cycle it and see how much more travel you're pulling with the glass?

No not yet but I figure that with the 2 inch rise that's at least 4 inches of travel at the wheel ...so its official I am now LT!!!!

Fenders look great! Did you buy them directly from Trailer Products? And was there any lead time?

How well did the paint match the rest of the truck?

Yes I got them directly. They had them in stock and I drove out to get them to save on the shipping costs. Nice thing was is I was headed to a town 15 minutes away from them so it worked out nice.
Its about 1 or 2 shades lighter depending on the how the sun is hitting it. Nothing I can't live with. Thanks again for hooking me up!

Mine are a few shades darker. The guy that did mine told me there are 12 slight variations from the factory for Mag Grey. He based the color mix he did for me off a picture. When he saw it in person he said he should have went a few shades lighter, but I'm fine with it.

Yea my glass is lighter but I got hooked up so I can't complain.
They try matching 90% closest to the existing paint...and they nailed it with my paint. Just hoping they did the same with toms.

Back working on the front end again. Having some Total Chaos cam tab gussets and TC coil bucket gussets welded up tomorrow. Spent today taking apart the the whole front suspension.
I had to remove the stock cam tabs which just required drilling the spot welds then I used a air hammer to chisel them off. Was a piece of cake took very little time.
Now the coil bucket gussets took a little bit more time to fit. The TC gussets state they are for TC UCA's only. Well that's bullshit! They work with Icon tubular UCA's exactly as the instructions say for the TC Uca's. There is some trimming and grinding required to the gussets to get them to fit properly but TC got them pretty damn close. Not bad considering my bet is that all trucks are slightly different in this area.
Here are some pics of the gussets prior to welding.

Got the cam tab gussets and coil bucket gussets all welded in.
First off gotta thank Ze (Yotamac) for coming over and welding all this for me in the 90 degree heat today. Plus he stuck around and helped put the suspension back on. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the Ze! I owe you!

Thanks to Rylee for welding up the tabs to the gusset plates too!

Truck is back on the ground and it drives pretty straight. Taking it to get an alignment tomorrow morning.

My biggest worry on this whole job was how well the UCA bolt would slide in and out of the gussets and the coil bucket after everything was welded in place. Well it turned out not to be a problem at all, the UCA needed just a little bit of tapping to get into place, the inner washers need just a little tapping to get them lined up and then the UCA bolt slid in like butter.

Here are some pics of the install. Didn't really get a good shot of the coil bucket gussets all welded up. I put the shocks in and the bypass blocks the rear gusset pretty good so getting a pic of it is hard.

    Ready for welding!

Congrats. I saw it earlier and knew this was coming. They only delayed their tee times by 1 series. Enjoy the next round. It's your last one this season.
