Nope! Another source. It's an Ironman Tent.
Also got the fully enclosed annex with it too!

It's from Ironman off road in Australia. Made in the same factory as CVT and ARB from what I was told.
I have not had a chance to even open it yet.

Is it bright green or yellow :p. I like the suspension and seen their tent but it was pricey new.

No. Just a regular olive drab color. Has the Ironman logo on all 4 sides of the cover.

I've wanted to try that too but I haven't had a chance. The option of soft topper over the tent for dry storage and less wind resistance during travel. then fold down the soft topper and set up the tent for camping. you will not be able to use the window support rods for the window nearest the cab, and the ladder will need new holes drilled, but besides that I think it could work.

What do you guys do for locking your tent down? I have a few ideas as I do plan to leave my tent on the truck for most of spring/summer/fall.

Also does anyone add it to their insurance?

I'll be doing what mbmack1 has done:

And if it's attached to your vehicle, it should be covered by your insurance because it is part of your vehicle

I don't worry about someone stealing it. I saw someone used eye bolts some how and ran locks through them.

    edit: ^^^what he posted.

If someone really takes the time to unbolt mine to get it good for them. It's a pain in the ass on my runner to get off. As for insurance, I would assume it's just like my trailer when it's attached to my vehicle it's covered under my insurance.

Well I live in CA, and I have to keep it real in some of the places I visit. It's getting locked up at my earliest opportunity lol

Not worth the extra cash. Get over the newness of the tent and you won't care either.

    x2

My tent was used so i didn't worry.. Heck i had it strapped down to my OEM roof rack for like 3 weeks with ratchet straps and no one touched it.

My truck is pretty tall and maneuvering that tent is a task in itself..

    YOLO

Yeah I got a couple of those. It helps getting rid of some of the keys on my key ring. Only thing that sucks is that it only comes with a 2" shackle.

Kwikset also has Smartkey where padlocks can be keyed to your house key

Yep. I doubt most thieves even know what it is. Not like they are the brightest individuals to begin with. You are more likely to find your truck sitting on cinder blocks than you would find it tentless.
