I'm about over mine. I think something is going around. My bud I was gonna go fly with over in Louisiana is now under the weather. Sux but, at least mine wasn't like H1N1.

Rob, his ya doing? It's almost the weekend (for everyone except me). Got any plans?

    Rough nite.
Buddy of mine that was working on my machine collapsed. ERT was summoned.
I was trying to keep him calm while trying to stay calm myself.
Said he felt something tear in his stomach area and was having difficulty breathing. Maybe diaghram? Idk.
He was stable when they took him by medcart, still awaiting an update.

Wow Rich, I'm sorry to hear it.

Was he lifting or doing anything out of the norm?

I had just handed him a pretty heavy diameter rubber hose about 15ft long. Nothing out of the ordinary except a bit of stretch to get it to him. He buckled to one knee clutching his right side upper ab.
Nurses station is closed but the guard in medical said no ambulance was called so just hoping for the best.

I'd be surprised if it was a diaghram. But, who knows man.

A diaphragm tear can be rough. Your intestines push up into the chest cavity, making it harder to breath. Good luck, hope it's just a pulled ab.

And I don't think you're silly. I've got all kind of stuff around from my family that I use.

Our favorite patchwork quilt for our bed is one my grandmother made for me when I was about 12 years old. ;)

So sorry Rich. If we don't hear from you by this evening I'll look up hospital number. I take it they've admitted you, if I read critical care right. Hang in there

I hope critical care is just precautionary. Did they give you a time table on the hip?
