Got an awesome set of Tigerlight LEDs from my girlfriend for christmas this year.
I haven't seen this done before? Was an interesting install, but they came out great in OEM style and are bright as hell! Wired into the OEM fog switch.

Would there be any interest in a fabricated "Kit" for these?

Bright yes, but they are going to blind other drivers (especially combined with your PNP HIDs). You can try to aim them down a bit so the light is thrown on the road as opposed to the trees, but if you can't I would recommend to use them off road only.
    Good looking truck btw.

they probably are blinding to other drivers but that is some very nice output and a clean looking install. How wide is the light pattern comparable to stock?

Yes, way too bright to run against on-coming traffic, I treat them like brights. Aiming is difficult, but I do plan on adjusting them a little more. The visibility they give is amazing, I spotted several deer in the ditch well before I ever could have before running these while driving over a mountain pass.

Thanks! Like I said I don't run them against other drivers, but I am very impressed with their output. The pattern is much wider, I wouldn't know how to give a reference or measurement, but the ditch is now well illuminated while driving down the road.

What happened to Max? Anyone else want to convert the 35 watt halogen fog light to LED?

It's really, really easy. The wiring is the easiest part, fabbing your own mount will be the difficult part. There are two wires running to the factory fogs. There are two wires coming out of the back of the LED fogs.
Cut the wires off of the factory plug, splice them with the wires to the LED fogs. Theres only two combinations... if the first try doesn't work, the second try will. You can eliminate any guess work with a dummy light.

Sorry! Missed the replies in this thread.

Here's a link to the lights themselves:
    http://www.tigerlights.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=TL115F

I mentioned a kit, thinking if enough people were interested in a plug-n-play, bolt on setup, that I would start making "kits".
I don't, but I will try to find some time to take some pictures this weekend for you all.
