My dad and I replaced the cab on my 93 4runner, the WORST part of the whole thing is the dash. your truck will never be "perfect" again but if you have the time then go for it, make a flat bed!

I imagine it's ferry time consuming especially rewriting the dash components, and like they said a couple posts up blackdawg replaced his cab so you can shoot him a PM and discuss it, I would try to hammer it out to the best of May ability and if I would not be able to live with it I would do a cab swap, I'd either go flatbed or put fiberglass fenders on all the way around.Hope it won't turn out as a pain In the neck

i would do the same.. hammer/pull it out the best you can and then use some like fiberglass infused bondo. It would be a heluva lot easier than doing a cab swap.. The only reason id go that route is because you said the door still opens & closes fine..
Might still want to get a new bed though.

Midswell at least try to fix it before you do a cab swap IMO.

Could probably re skin that part of the cab and make it look like nothing ever happened. Just need a donor cab corner.

Keep it for sure. Biggest regret ever is not keeping our 96 when it was in an accident. But there were other circumstances at the time that it just didn't make sense for us to buy it back.

I love this thing. 9.5 psi of boost. I'm still tuning it trying to get the most performance.

I have the 2.2" pulley. 6 is with the stock pulley. I'm tuning it myself right now since the nearest performance shop is 4 hours away. One day I will probably have them do it when I get the water/meth on and some other junk.

The supercharger came with the TRD boost gauge, but I don't like it, so I'm going to eventually replace it with a matching multi gauge from Depo Racing. The dual pod pillar can be bought from some place online.
