Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Feel better today. Talked to his wife and she is staying with her daughter for support and help with the arrangements. The folks in this thread are the best. Thank you all again.

I have the come along behind the seat already and I may get a better tow cable at some point for there as well.

I am driving on some rough terrain tomorrow and I will see if I made the right call.....

What saves my ass is the sec.8 rentals. Also saves 6k off the city tax's

 

I, for one, am glad to see you getting some of our tax dollars back. At least I know where some of it goes.

 

When I give to the United Way I get to put my whole check to the Boy Scouts. I would like to do my IRS taxes and do the same thing but the downside of this would be that the bureaucrats would spend all of their time doing commercials on why they should get some of it when folks do their taxes.

Imagine who would thrive and who would have to close their doors because if you don't pay taxes then you wouldn't have any dollars to fund your favorite giveaway agency. Think how small we could make the IRS....I'm just saying.
